Professional photographer, Gail Healey, combines technical knowledge with artistic vision to create everlasting images.
Her enjoyment of working with people has led to expertise in the areas of weddings, special events and portraits
for which she has received particular acclaim.
Her portfolio also includes images of interior and exterior design, landscapes, renovations
and a three-year-long film documentation of the development and construction of The Reserve golf course for renowned golfer
and course architect Greg Norman.
Other noteworthy accomplishments include two book covers, and photographs published in the International Library of Photography, "Imprints of Time".
South Carolina weddings keep this photographer busy, as well on-location family and children's portraiture. Additionally,
her studio provides a variety of background settings. Her business also provides traditional and digital photographic services
for individuals, families, pets and businesses.
Current commercial projects include food photography with a local chef
for his upcoming book, and the documentation of the progress of the Grand
Strand from Shallotte to Georgetown including renovations, landscaping,
planned communities, roads, buildings and attractions.
Digital photography work can be seen on a variety of area businesses'
websites and feature real estate and banking employees in their working environments,
builders and their construction progress, and outdoor scenes for the South Carolina Parks and Recreation
website.
In addition to location shoots, Gail's photography studio provides a professional and controlled setting for artists whose work is based in a variety of
media for slide photography of their art work for
personal cataloging, competition submittals and reproductions.
Gail is a resident of Pawleys Island, South Carolina and has been a professional photographer since
1995.
